Trenchco was contracted to excavate a one and a half floor basement which included a swimming pool for a private dwelling in Hampstead. The basement was constructed in a top down format. Therefore once the ground floor slab was poured, we were able to excavate the basement and construct the RC frame of the dwelling simultaneously. This enabled us to maintain a very tight programme on this project.
